Well done on the losses

I'm doing ok

Need to lose 3.5lbs in 3 weeks to achieve my pre-holiday target so trying to stay focused. I did run for half an hour yesterday though and am feeling fitter so that should help.Jedi Boy is 6, the Little Princess is 3....

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
Hi ladies, QQ- has anyone reduced their daily points allowance? I'm barely losing anything, despite sticking rigidly to my points. I only use 15 weeklies, mainly to have a drink at the weekend. It's just not working for me at all

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
How many daily points are you on CL? Also when I was only eating a few of my weeklies I struggled to loose weight maybe try and eat a few more of those weeklies.
Now I use quite a few of my weeklies spread over the week so one day I have quite a high point day and a couple days I am on my basic points and the other days I have varying amounts I find if I eat the same amount of points every day it just doesn't work for me.

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
That's what I do too. I definitely lose more weight if I have a couple of high-point days and some where I've stuck to my normal daily points.
I've gone off the rails big style. I just cannot seem to stick to it! I keep finding excuses like people coming to visit, friends birthday nights out etc etc. I'm so disappointed in myself, I'm so close to getting under 11st for the first time in years but I just seem to have lost all motivation. My 3-month trial runs out soon, I'll need to think about whether it's worth keeping it on or not.

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
Can I join you all? Over the last year I've lost almost 4 stone doing Pig2Twig. I've gained half a stone though and can't get my head back in the low carb mode. DH is now doing WW so I've decided to do it with him. I'm not going to classes though as we can't afford for us both to go and he has more to lose. Anyway, I've got 26 daily points and I'm struggling a bit to work out what to eat. Can anyone else with a similar points allowance give me some ideas of what you eat?
Thanks x

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
I have porridge fro breakfast 35g of oats ad 250ml of skimmed milk and a bit of sweetener which is about 5pp then tuna or chicken breast with lows of 0pp salad stuff, peppers tom, lettuce, cue radish spring onions gherkins and lettuce with a dressing or light mayo which is abut 3 or 4 pp then fruit, snacks are ryvita with peanut butter or houmous (sp) and carrot sticks. Evening I meal I kind of have what I would normally have but a small portion or no carbs, and made a bit more WW friendly and quite often a WW yogurt for pudding.
I do have days when I have higher points than others so spread 35 ish of my weeklies over the week so for instance on Sunday I have a really high point day and nearly always have pizza for tea (a supermarket size pizza express american or sloppy guiseppi is about 15pp) and then on a Monday I have a basic point day and then it varies through the week between lower and higher point days. I find that if I eat the same points day in day out I don't tend to lose weight.

Re: Weightwatchers 2012 Thread
Hi there ladies

I am another one that has recently joined. I did WW years and years ago and really hated it but I have just done my first week and found it much easier this time. I think I am in a better frame of mind.
I have a huge amount to lose and lost it before with Lighterlife but after putting on 3 stone while pregnant with DD2 I then put on the same again when I suffered with PND. Since then I have just not shifted it, but in fairness I don't think I have been ready.
But...a mum at DD1's school has lost 8stn in under a year and she is looking fabulous. I have tried several fad diets in the last couple of years losing a bit and then piling it all back on again. I also tried SW which just didn't really work for me. Not because of the diet but because of the structure of the weekly meeting and the leader. I am the kind of person that does better in a group and the WW group is much better and so far so good with the leader.
So after one week I am 5.5lbs down and I am over the moon with that. I am hoping to shift 1.5stn before the new year. x

I haven't sussed it out properly yet though, just cutting out a lot of rubbish at the moment and eating lots of fruit and veg.
