When do your decorations come down?

I'm back at work on Tues and wouldn't mind getting the cards and decorations down...

We take our down on the 31st Dec -up for exactly one month and then down and away.

I took mine down yesterday, usually it's New Years Day but we had lots of family here and i knew I wouldn't get time today.

Decs down and a good old sort out and declutter to start a new year.

Our tree was on it's last legs and all the needles everywhere were driving me nuts so it all came down today. I love how tidy the house looks now! Sometimes I wait until 12th night but as it's on a weekday this year it would have been more hassle to wait until then.

Playroom decorations came down this afternoon and I will do the tree on Tuesday or Wednesday evening

I'm itching to take ours down now, I'm going to suggest we do it tomorrow. We've had them up since the 10th December which is really early for us.

I love the sense of space once the tree comes down (albeit only for a very short time LOL)

Ours came down yesterday. We've got guests for a week from Thursday, we need the space back and I don't fancy taking them down while they're here.

Ours came down and were all put away a couple of days ago. Normally I'd leave them up well into the New Year, but just couldn't be arsed and wanted my space back! It's hard to tell the kids to get out of the hyper Christmas spirit when there's still tinsel and fairy lights everywhere!

Took all mine down today, cleaned the whole house and its great. Nice way to start the new year, now I can plan to do something really nice tomorrow now as its the last day of my holidays!

I don't know. The LOs go back on Wednesday so maybe tomorrow night or Tuesday morning? I don't mind the tree but I do mind the billions of frigging cards that blow about when the doors are left open each side of the sitting room
