What / where are you eating on Boxing Day?

I'm not cooking on Christmas Day (delights of Brewer's Fayre or wherever we have booked for MIL) and last year I made the Ham in Coke on Boxing Day. This year we're having people round for tea & cake, might offer some smoked trout on something mini as well (as we were given a large smoked trout by my mum) but some of the people coming wouldn't eat ham anyway. So I'll probably make the ham on the 27th.

We've got a very large belly of pork for Christmas day and so in the evening we're going to have the leftover pork chinese style with plain rice and chinese greens - I think I'm looking forward that more than Christmas dinner!

Breakfast is croissants, and lunch will probably be sandwices & nibbles.

We always eat out Xmas Day with PIL, B&SIL, niece & nephew.

Boxing Day PIL are coming here for tea, I've bought a steak & ale pie from the local farm shop and going to serve it with minted mushy peas rustic chips and gravy.

We're at my parents for Christmas day so Boxing day I'm hosting a buffet party/open house type thing. I'll do a gammon joint, tabouleh, salad, dips, chicken, pate, etc. Got about 20 coming I think.

We'll be having either the chilli or curry I cooked and froze last week. Or maybe the melanzane that's been in there for a few months. DH fancies going out for lunch on BH Tuesday so we probably won't on Monday but everything is very flexible this year.
