- I would like to get to my goal weight, about 5lbs to go. Already lost 2st at the moment.
- I want to be happy and healthy mentally and physically.
- Qualify as a registered nurse and get my 1st post!

OK, I'm going to say it.
This year I will lose 5 stone.
May not totally achieve this target but if I keep that as my goal I'll be well on my way. It's been in my head for weeks now, I've been reading and planning.

I'm going to lose 2 stone.
I'm going to work on my relationship with my daughters, and try to be more patient.
To work on my relationship with Mr G
I'm going to stop biting my nails and lips when anxious.
Not going to be any where near fag smoke

To lose 3st & maintain that weight
To have a fab wedding in Sept without to much stress/pressure
Have a good 30th birthday
dreading turning 30
For my spray tan business to carry on being a succsess

to lose the weight once and for all.
for my mental heath to continue being stable and hopefully improve slightly, and then I think i'll be there after a long long battle!
to decide what career i want and start with training/qualifications
to start ttc
to be happy with what I have.

- DD1 to get through her surgery assessment, and have successful surgery, one way or the other
- do various things to make the house less horrible. (But not selling the kids: DH has vetoed that one already
)
- to do more exercise I enjoy.CHASE children's hospice and Disability Challengers
Every donation makes a BIG difference to small charities.
