Baby Jogger City Mini parts?

I know quite a few people have one of these, does any one know where to get spare parts?
The front wheel on ours fell apart this morning and although it looks like I have all the pieces it won't stay on. The only place I can find online with a replacement wheel has it for £40 which seems a bit steep.
I bought it from Boots in Sept 2010 so it is now 13 months old so don't think it is covered by any kind of warranty.

Just want to say a huge WOW to Boots customer service! I called them, expecting them to say "Sorry, we can't help". I didn't in a million years think that they would offer to replace the whole pushchair! I'm almost embarrassed about accepting it now!
