I've said this before but I think of all the programmes I have seen about secondary schools, this is the most accurate and representative. The kids are realistic and so are the staff.

I agree this has been a wonderful wonderful series.
When the depute head said to the girl 'You'll never come up against people who are as calm and as patient for the rest of your life'. So true.
Also, the boy who asks is it normal to cry for no reason at the drop of a hat. 'Yeah, at your age it is'.
Brilliant, just brilliant.
He reminds me of a wonderul English teacher I had. It made me want to write to him to tell him how fantastic I thought he was. He was as mad as a box of frogs but such an inspiring engaging teacher.
