Bugger af is starting for me, I'm going out tonight and was supposed to be driving but have just swapped with a friend so I can drink!

I don't have any preseed left and am contemplating whether to buy any more it's horrible and obviously hasn't worked! Anyone else still using it?

Stropy- you are the only other person that's said that about pre seed! We tried it once & it was horrible! OH erm rubbed a bit on, it seemed to dry on impact & I'm afraid lost interest (oh my god I can't believe I wrote that). He vowed never to use it again! I never mentioned it online as I've only ever heard rave reviews! He has bought some jojoba oil but I need to google wether it has an effect on the wrigglies.

Sorry about af Stropy, I think that af is on the way for me too but that's cool as I only learnt that ov is happening later- we can concentrate our efforts later.

Hope everyone else is well xx

I've used pre-seed infrequently, but I tend to use the applicator thing to squirt it up my foof rather than around the outside area. It's rather undignified Needs must I suppose!

I use applicator too but find we're too slippery to actually feel anything. I did read on another forum (I was moping around this afternoon avoiding housework ) and someone said they use it after which I was thinking of.

Definitely undignified especially the slurping and squelching (sp!) the lenghs we go too and don't ask where I got a soft cup stuck - it definitely wasn't where it should have been!

Hope your af stays away amy, mine hasn't actually arrived just lurking in the back ground spotting with mild cramps ready to descend at any moment - I hate af's even when not ttc.

Soft cup?.... Maybe I should try on of these! I try and lie still for as long as humanly possible but at some point I always cough and I can feel it come out

Every month I say that's the last af for a while but I know these ever familiar crampy ovary clutching twinges like the back of my hand!

Just worked out that my next ov time might coincide with a visit to a week long trip to my folks

Still no af, CD68 now. Was a BFN last time, am wondering if I should try again or just assume that its another random long cycle. Hardly dtd since back from hols so hopes are not up too high. And as its been so long, can guarantee the next af will bee sooooo heavy and painful!

    Congrats annie

Sorry for af stroppypop and amyb

Did you use the full amount of pre seed they said to stropy? I only use half the amount because the full amount is way too much!

My temperature has dropped loads this morning so I think AF is on her way.

So AF arrived yesterday afternoon. Feeling pretty crappy about it

I'm going to talk to DH about possibly putting the brakes on for a couple of months whilst I get my job situation sorted out. I loathe the job I'm in at the moment and am so, so bored, but have been holding out in the hope that I'd conceive quickly, as the maternity pay is excellent (six months full pay) but that's falling lower and lower down the priority list tbh Trouble is if I moved jobs then fell preggo straight away I wouldn't even qualify for statutory maternity pay. Obviously the money isn't the point of the exercise (not expecting the tax payer to fund my decisions etc.) and we'd manage if I didn't get any paid leave, but it'd be useful!

So I think I'm going to look for another job and see what happens.

Af arrived for me yesterday too bubba.

What about maternity allowance? I wasn't entitled to smp with dd as I earn too little but got a the allowance instead. I worked out better off by about £15 a week in the end due to the way it worked. It maybe worth looking into before making a final decision.

Is MA the same as SMP for people who don't qualify, then?
