    Femfresh

    Apologies for the grim thread!

I'm quite prone to Thrush so try to avoid washing with soap, shower gel etc.

I usually use a Boots own lady garden wash or canestan wash but I can't seem to find any anywhere at the moment so I bought some Femfresh and it doesn't seem to be agreeing with me at all.

It's supposed to be super gentle, pH balanced etc but it's perfumed and I can't really see it doing me any good!

Any recommendations for something similar and non-irritating?

Tbh I don't use anything for this reason, my mum was a bit freaked when it came up in conversation a few weeks ago but no one has mentioned me being smelly and it's been years now so I don't even miss the nice clean feeling anymore.

I do walk past the shower gels with longing but do think not using any has helped.

I don't use anything down there, just water and a good wipe round with a flannel. I don't have a stinky minge I think these products make these problems worse, whether they're specifically designed for the foof or not.

    Stinky minge!

I've never considered using just water! It's worth a try I suppose.

S-J do you find the sanex ok?

Water only. Anything other than plain water will almost guarantee giving me an attack of thrush.
