sharing a room with baby or big sis?
DD2 has always been a bad sleeper and will only sleep better when someone is sharing her bed or in same room as her. For example i took them away for weekend and stayed in a caravan and she slept like a log in a double bed with her sis and a friend. Last night it was awful as she was up constantly so we have made the decision of getting her to share a room with one of her sisters. Annabel is in our room at the mo and ideally I want the two younger ones to share a room but is sharing a room with a very young baby a no-no? Instead, shall we get DD2 to share room with her big sis for a bit until Annabel is old enough to share room with DD2?

I would go with whoever is least likely to be disturbed if she wakes

You can always change it around as they get older.DD 6 yrs

Re: sharing a room with baby or big sis?
In our family (4 girls
)
dd1 has her own room
dd2 and dd3 share
dd4 is in with us and will be for the forseeable future
It makes sense that dd2 and dd3 share as there is only 2 years and 3 months between them and they are very close
As dd1 is nearly 11 she needs her privacy and I personally think it's preferable for the oldest to have their own room if they can
