Re: Team Omega - Over here
I weigh in on a Tuesday and I know that RV weighs on a Thursday.. So I'm happy for you to weigh in whenever you feel comfortable - as long as your last weigh in is on Thursday 30th.

Re: Team Omega - Over here
Okay, so weighed in this morning and am 1lb over last week's weight (surprised it's not more, I had an AWFUL week!), so that'll be my starting weight for the month - 13st 11. Hoping to lose 5lbs this month.

Re: Team Omega - Over here
I've had a fun half-term and am 11.9 this morning. Really shouldn't have made caramel shortbread.

Or possibly not tried a few new beers!
