It's nearly June - ideas for books?
Time is rushing along as usual, but I have no ideas for a June book!
I'm guessing perhaps fiction this time - and perhaps come back to a non-fiction we skipped in May, later in the year?
There were a few choices we didn't read in April, I'm not 100% sure I'd choose one of those but we could always go for one:
Kate Atkinson - Started Early, Took my Dog
Two different Sebastian Faulkes books
Andrea Levy - The Long Song
(but we did have the Kate Atkinson earlier in the year)
Also mentioned but not read
Secret Scripture
The Believers
On my personal TBR pile
Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell
Cranford (after all, they've just done it in the Ambridge book group!)
The Railway Detective
In Praise of Savagery
(the last 3 were cheap/free on Kindle)
A Thousand Splendid Suns
Closure by Sarah Harris
Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now by Andrew Collins
The Little Stranger
Making it Up - Penelope Lively
Too Close to the Falls
Silver Bay - Jojo Moyes

Re: It's nearly June - ideas for books?
Thanks for this Dr Spouse! I got back from holiday yesterday, was thinking about it driving home from airport but forgot to post.
You've got lots of great suggestions (including lots on my bookshelf waiting to be read), shall we just do a poll from your list?!

In fact, I will just set up a poll now while I am watching DD eat her lunch!
