Re: I've just signed up for the Camille's Appeal 5 mile run - who else is doing it?!?

Oh and the famous Southwold and Walberswick are close by, Choc Lips and Katkinn will vouch for how beautiful it is. Constable Country is a couple of miles up the A12. Lots of wonderful things to do round here!!!

Chell, I'll check. What sort of buggy? If it's a 3 wheeler then probably.

The 1 mile childrens run should be ok for buggies too.

    I'll let you know

Hi Chell. I've checked with the 'man in the know' and he says you can use a buggy all the way round the route with the exception of the final field, which is a right of way through a farmers field and may be a little tricky for some buggies.

The 4 mile walk doesn't have to be booked in advance, but if you choose to do it as a sponsored walk then you can download sponsor forms from the Camille's Appeal website.

The 5 mile run and the childrens wiggle waddle need to be booked in advance (ideally) so we can make sure we have enough certificates/t-shirts etc.

look at www.camillesappeal.co.uk, pm me or email me at run@ camillesappeal.co.uk for more information &/or a sponsor form.

If anyone's looking for hotels, there are loads in the area. Search for Wherstead to be very close or anywhere round the Ipswich/Felixstowe area to be within a very short drive & I understand there's a Travel Inn/travel lodge (or something like that) at the Oyster Reach Pub in Wherstead.
