Team Kate - sign in here.

first month back on the diet challenge for me in a while. I've been doing Slimming World since Jan. The weight is coming off slower than I'd like, but I've not put any on during that time

Despite going on holidays for a week this month, and school holidays, I'm aiming for 4lb off.

    Hiya,

I put an ambitious 5lb loss down for this month and I HAVE to do it as I leave for my hols beginning of May!

Am even considering a detox diet for a week ... or something like Slim-fast?

It's very quiet on here ... so if you don't mind I thought I'd pop back in and do a daily update?

    Weds:
    B: Banana
    Muesli, yog and Blackberries
    L: Salad with Pastrami Ham
    S: Sultana scone
    D: 2 slices of pizza

Not the greatest dinner, but managed to resist to completely binge! I'm also missing my exercise at the mo - hurt my knees last week cycling too hard and too fast so am on a weeks rest whilst they recover

I don't have a lot to add at the moment. I'm determined to stick to plan this week and am keeping a daily food log of everything I eat, so I don't slip up anywhere. It really helps to keep me on track.

    Yesterday was:

Breakfast - 3 x scan bran, mullerlight, berries
    Snack - mango
Lunch - 1% mug shot with 3 x chopped Quorn sausages, apple.
Snack - HiFi Bar ; Highlights hot chocolate
Later snack - almonds and brazil nuts
Dinner - roasted diced potatoes baked with eggs, cherry tomatoes and spinach
Snack - banana, mullerlight, another HiFi bar (I was starving last night!)

This week has not been great so far with a works night out in the middle of it. However, yesterday was not too bad. I really need to increase the exercise. I have planned a Saturday morning walking with the family and hope that will spur me to carry on and go the gym 3X next week

    Keep it up everyone

Hi again. It's been a bit hectic here as Easter hols have started and I'm juggling J and work but the upside is I don't have time to feel hungry (which I always do, on WW!). I'll be weighing in this evening (and then going for a curry ) and am hoping for 1lb off

    Yesterday:

    B - Belvita breakfast biscuits
    L - falafels and salad
D - cold roast chicken salad with cous cous & beans
S - apple, 3 quality street, two small glasses wine

I'm not getting much in the way of exercise as I can;t get to the gym when I have J (my OH is away all week) but I'm doing a lot of walking and am trying to cycle places (with her on the back )

    Have a good day everyone

Hi all, obviously I'm not on your Team but just popping on to ask if you/your team leader could pm me your WI results as it seems a bit silly starting a thread for just the 2 teams. Hope this is ok
