    Tulips - this is your thread!

    Just starting up our thread for the month.

    We are:-

    Carrington (TL)
    Mrs Cheeso
    LadyVan T
    Anne

    I'm calorie counting and want to lose 5lbs this month. Really trying to up the exercise at the moment and making a conscious effort to drink lots more water.

    Following a diet as such just tryin to cut back and eat healthily and increase my exercise. Hope your all well

    Hello there,

    I'm WW + gym and had a dire week last week (2lbs on ) so being really good this week and hoping to lose the 2 from last week plus a bit extra. Good luck Tulips

    Not sure when we have to get our results in, will check on the other thread but it's my weigh in day today and I've lost 1.75lbs which I'm pleased with.

    How is everyone else getting on? Fingers crossed for a good loss Mrs C and LadyVT sounds very sensible.

    Well done on your loss Carrington. My weigh in Day is monday. Is that ok? I've been good so far this week and have just got back from a run in the rain, which is something I never thought I'd do. Must say I di enjoy it tho. Have also downloaded a calorie counting app to track what I'm eating so hopefully that will help too. Now just got to be good through the weekend

    Im here, honestly! Im not on any particular diet but trying to eat healthly and am doing the exercise. Monday is my weigh in day, so will login tomorrow and update.

    Brilliant, LadyVT!

    I had a reasonable weekend, got a cold and lost my appetite so didn't eat over calories but am annoyed as I feel too ill to be doing my exercise which is proper

    How was everyone else's weekends?

    Sorry you're not feeling to good Carrington, I lost a pound, not bad really considering the week Ive had! Hope you feel better soon.

    How did the others do I wonder?
