Re: Worried - breast lump/mass
Hi,
Well she continues to amaze me. Two years ago an oncologist gave her 18-24 months to live. Since then she's had 2 (TWO) clear scans. Her hair has grown back and she's having a ball.
Her type of metastasised breast cancer is still considered incurable but some people do recover so there is still hope, especially when she continues to beat the odds.
She has tests coming up at the end of January, I think, so I'm continuing to keep everything crossed. She's a massive inspiration.

I don't think she is updating her blog any more, Dr Know. I don't personally have a link but there's one in the thread somewhere.
