Starting back on the combined pil!!!

Hi again
I decided this month I would go back on the pill and know you're supposed to start back on it on the 1st day of your period!
So....... I had what I *thought* was the 1st day of my period and what was day 28 so would make sense. I had just a very, very light bleed which is normal for me on day 1 so started my pill.
Took my 2nd one the next day but literally no signs of my period.
It was Thursday I started back on it so Fri/Sat and this AM I have had no signs of my period again
Do you think it's the pill affecting it? I don't know whether to stop taking it or not and just wait?

Many, many years ago when I first went on the pill this is exactly what happened to me. I took it on day 1 of my period and it basically stopped it.
It sounds normal to me. Keep taking it.
I am still waiting for AF to stop (nearly 3 weeks now ) so I can await the next one for me to start back on the combined pill. In the meantime I have stopped the minipill as I wondered whether that was making AF long, also I never remembered to take the bloomin thing

about the mini-pill, I think the same sort of thing happened to Wardy!! What a nightmare!
I will keep taking in then, I suppose its just the same effect as carry over a pack of pills for a month
