Hels, have you read the secret by Rhonda Byrne? Its a bit too american for me but it talks a lot about positive thinking and made me think of you. I am def trying to have a more positive outlook on things and actually feel better about it. I just need to get better at visualising!

Fantastic!! Keep going!!
Sorry hun, I didn't notice my box was full till
another Damsel texted me. Sounds like you are getting in the right frame of mind, persevere Hun.
Def give it go Hun - it'll definitely help to get you in a more positive frame of mind. It's the starting point for changing the way you think and it really works.
I know it can all sound a bit wanky and American but read it in my accent (think somewhere between Stacey and Nessa from Gavin and Stacey) and I hope it doesn't sound so bad!
Pooch - I have heard about it but not read it. I have read a few books but I sort of share what's worked for me and *try* to keep it less wankified!!
Hey, whatever works tho!

Re: The 'I can make you thin - Helski stylie' thread
Hi, Helski. I'm after a bit of renewed motivation if possible, please. I've lost half a stone since I started and I'm really happy with the difference, not just with my weight, but more with my positive outlook about myself/body image.
However, I seem to have got slightly stuck and would really love a boost to get me going again. In terms of weight, I'm now down to 9st 10lb (which is a stone lighter than I was at the beginning of July) and am going to get to around 9st. I feel my brain is now getting the right messages, but it's got a bit bored of how I'm sending them.
If there's anything useful you could suggest, I'd really appreciate it.

Re: The 'I can make you thin - Helski stylie' thread
Hey hun,
What are you doing at the moment? Do you do the mantra/affirmation thing? If so, what do you say? I think you may need to change the words and pics, maybe dial them up a notch.
PM me if you'd rather.
Oh and bloody well done on the loss so far. You are doing amazingly well

I haven't been sticking so rigidly to using the 'mantra' every night, but am now more able to visualise the happy, slim me and slip the words I've been using into my thinking more readily and anytime/anywhere- if that makes sense? I will keep at it.

Well i have gone with a personalised...
