Suspension on Jane pushchair
Anyone got a Jane slalom pushchair?
Can you tell me which way to have the suspension knobs to make the baby bounce when going over rough ground. I've read the instructions but it just says "hard" or "soft" suspension and that means nothing to me - do I have it North/south or east/west to make it bouncier IYSWIM?
TIA

I'll ask Husband. He changed the suspension from soft to hard the other day and I don't like it at all!.
To be honest i don't even know how to fold it myself
Oh and the (insert rude swearing)ing front wheel has locked AGAIN and the knob bit has fallen off so i have no way to unlock it.
If i had ever wanted a locked front wheel I would have bought a blinking buggy 3 times cheaper.
I am so cross I feel like abandoning it behind a bush in the park and buying a Ziko
(No money for a new buggy, so I can't even fantasise about it. BUGGER)

Thanks Matilde
I can't even tell the difference between the two suspensions anyway!
Not good news about the knob falling off, but my friend had a jane pram yrs ago and she had a wheel problem and complained - she said customer service was excellent, even though the pram was out of warranty, they couriered her the spare part the next day no charge.
I struggle to fold it as well :( don't know where they got "can be folded one handed" - the pics show a woman holding a baby folding it - I can't fold the thing on my own with the instructions in front of me!
Thanks for asking your DH :)
