Child tax credits...HELP

My renewal pack specifically stated that I only need to contact them if any circumstances had changed (which they haven't!)

I think they send different letters... this year I had one saying I must renew or the payments will stop.Previously they have just said only to call them if there are any changes...

TBH the whole thing is confusing. I would call them to be on the safe side.

Mine was the usual stuff that I only had to phone if we were now earning over £58k xxx

Thats what I was told today after holding on the phone for 30 minutes yesterday & giving up & then calling again today, apparently we are on automatic renewal.

I got a letter saying that if nothing had changed then I didn't have to do anything.
