Those multi way dresses - anyone got one or intrigued?

They were featured in the fashion supplement in the Times last week, and I really did like the look of them.

You know the thing, one dress worn 7 ways.

      Anyone got one or interested?

I am tempted... but Lord knows I don't actually NEED one .

I was really interested in the AA multi way dress but its a bit short for me, if it had been mid calf I would have snapped it up.

They used to have a video on the site with all 15 ways of wearing it

edt: The film is on the bottom right of the page & they have a link to the pencil dress version

I've got the AA dress in Cranberry and I love it. I only tend to wear it one way though.

I have been thinking about one for ages. A Damsel, and if my memory serves me correctly it was Little Pink Piglet posted a link to a pattern and instructions on how to make one, as I recall it was quite simple. She may have even posted pics of the one she had made. It was great as you could make it whatever length you wanted from mini to maxi!

The one featured was very $$$$ from Start London - about 250 I think.

      Here you go cheeks:

I was eyeing that up as well but wondered how easy it would be to 'make' each style as otherwise would probably look odd!!

Oh that start one looks lovely. I wonder if I could justify the purchase on cost/wear.
and the AA one looks good too.

You see, Im thinking for my world tour, i've got suitcase allowance for 2 dresses, if my 2nd dress was a multi-way one it would get a *lot* of wear. Although with my DH - no chance.

After fighting with an Isabella Oliver wrap top whilst preggers, I have been put off the idea of anything like that!!!! All fine and dandy in the pictures but OMG the trauma of getting in to it.. AAARRRGGHHHH

But they do look lovely 'done'

Here are the links that were posted about this kind of dress for those that have skills to be able to make one or know someone that can!

I like the idea of dresses that can be worn in different ways, but I bet if I got one I'd never end up wearing it (or I'd wear it one way only), as I couldn't be doing with altering straps and getting them to look right every time.

Very/Littlewoods/Additions do a version of the infinity dress in three colours for 39 http://www.additionsdirect.co.uk/mul...204-sku5976206

I made a maxi version but the jersey I chose was too stretchy. Dead easy to make though.

Who wants to look like you're in love with one colour, and one colour alone?

39 is SO worth a punt! Thanks for that link!

Does it come with instructions I wonder?

I like that Mink colour but the black is probably a better bet.
