I'm sure it would be pasteurised egg yolk in it or they would have to put a warning on the side wouldn't they?

i just thought it was egg yolk in general. We was having apple pie and ice cream, so I had cream instead.

I wonder if Ben and Jerrys is okay now, as we had a tub of that last week it was yummy

No as long as it is pasteurised or ultra-heat-treated it is fine. Case in point - mayonnaise. Jarred - fine, homemade, no no!

I think it is only homemade ice-cream you need to worry about. I hope so anyway as I polished off a tub of Hagan Daaz cookies and cream yesterday. I would be too cruel if you couldn' eat ice-cream in pregnancy.
