I've put down for half a stone in june
Back on ww and aiming to get back to my gold ww pre max weight asap - I have 18lb until back at this weight but I like being a bit lower (hence the ticker!). Day 2 of doing it again and pointing and loving it again

Have we started this month yet, or does it start next week? I think I have a final weigh-in with my old team for May, so that will give me my start weight for June...
I'm a bit confused as the thread telling the dates was on the new/old forum and probably lost forever!

I think our first weigh is next Tuesday so June's challenge must have started.
What is everyone doing in terms of diet/exercise? I'm just doing my best to stop snacking on everything I shouldn't eat.

I am eating reduced carbs / lowish fat and at the moment it seems to be working. I am also Boot Camping, and tomorrow is Week 5 out of 8.

I've put down to lose 4lbs this month
We are on holiday from 18th - 25th so hoping to lose a bit before we go, and hope not to put on too much on holiday (else wedding dress won't fit) pmsl

I weighed myself this morning and I've stayed the same. Not too worried about this as I lost loads last week and at least that's all stayed off.
Roll on next week!

I put down for 4lb, I would love to lose more
I have done really badly recently and have gained 5lb so really need to shift that to get me back to pre-pg weight.
I am setting myself an initial target of 10st which is another 6lb. I would like to do that before we go away at the end of July. In total, I want to get to 9 st 7 for Js Christening, which we are planning for september - should be do-able, as long as i stick to it
My big problem is self discipline
I am doing the P2T diet and have had good results before, I just need to keep at it!
