Cooking with Turkish Delight?
Has anyone ever tried cooking something with this or seen any recipes?
We have a box of lemon and rose flavoured Turkish Delight with a BBE of Aug 09 and I was thinking of trying to cook it in something (no one else will eat it in this house). The ony idea I can come up with is to make a basic sponge and chop the Turkish Delight up and add it to the mix before cooking, kind of hoping for gooey pockets of it in the finished sponge.
