I had forgotten doilies though - wow! - my grandma used to use them to stencil her spongecakes with icing sugar!

I had doilies UNDER my cupcakes for DD's eleventh birthday.... I simply must force the next generation into old fogieness! 89p for a pack of different sized doilies in Morissons should anyone feel the need.
