Virus or the return of morning sickness

I woke up in the middle of the night last night feeling v queasy, sweaty and generally yucky. I got up for a wee and was really sick.

Haven't been able to eat anything today apart from some crackers and some sips of water. Even then i have felt v sick afterwards...

Does this sound like the winter sickness virus or the return of morning sickness?

please don't let this be morning sickness

LMM a couple of weeks ago I had a horrible sick bug, I had thought it was food poisoning, but then DH went on to get it a few days later so I think it was a bug. I was sick and had the runs for nearly 24 hrs and needed to go to hospital for a day for a drip as I couldn't keep any liquid down. Sounds like it could be similar? The fact that you are feeling all hot and cold etc makes me think its not MS, but you are the expert in that dept!

Sounds like a virus rather than morning sickness. I was sick as a dog on my due date and thought it was labour starting but it wasn't. Just a bug.

I was sick from 9pm-3am then the runs until 9am so 12 hours of actual illness, after that I wasn't ill, I just felt wrung out and that bruised way you feel after being sick. The following day I felt much better and by the next day I was back to normal so it was pretty quick. I'd say two bad days, one being ill, and one getting better. Are you able to keep liquid down though? Mine and the babies heart rates were VERY high for the duration which is also why they kept me in, I felt very jittery.
