I've made this one a few times and it has always been good. You can add some vanilla essence as an option.

i have DH's mums recipe about somewhere....she make sthe best tablet!! better than thorntons!! Scottish Tablet is yummy"!!

I've tried and tried to make it myself and can't :( I even pinched my auntys copper pot pan thing (MIL swears its the secret to a good tablet)...and still i fail at it!! lol
