OMG, I can walk!!!

Not sure how long it will last but I went to see the physio at work earlier and after about a month of pain every time I move my left leg I walked back to the office WITH NO PAIN

The session itself hurt like hell but being able to move my leg and walk to the photocopier without being in agony is beautiful.

I dont thgink it'll last until my next session next week but we can live in hope.

Yes, didnt last very long though, an afternoon of sitting at my desk and it is sore again, but hopefully a good nights rest will help too.

That sounds blissful! Sometimes you forget how effortless some thigns can be when you've been in pain for a long time. Hope you continue to improve
