could i make biscuits with cooking apples?

Or is that just a crazy question?

I was given a load by my uncle and so far i have made... Stewed apples for porrage, baked apples and i currently have an apple cake in the oven.

I just wanted something i could make with Connor.

One of my patients is a member of the WI and she told me to put apple in scones, scones are great to make with kids and you could cut out shapes and stuff. Nigella's 'Lily's Scones' recipe is excellent.
