Can I come back ??

Well after the miscarriage earlier this week, even though I'm still feeling physically terrible I am feeling the need to think about moving on.

We have decided to wait until I've had another AF before ttc again as then we feel it will be a fresh start although I feel it's going to be a long wait. We are both very keen to ttc again and even though this baby just wasn't meant to be with us for whatever reason we're positive about trying again.

I'm not sure how long we're going to have to wait for my next AF given my long cycles when we were ttc before. I'm hoping if anything good is going to come out of this nightmare that it will regulate my cycles a little.

I can sympathise with long cycles, it makes an anxious and slow process seem even slower

I hope you don't have to wait too long and that you get a BFP very soon

If it's any consolation, I have always had around 32 day cycles (calendar month day to calendar month - say 16th to 16th) but since my m/c and last IVF they have got about 3 days shorter - I was expecting my AF on the 16th and it came on the 13th, so maybe you might experience the same thing (this has now happened 2 months in a row - just hoping it's not a precurser to the menopause

).
