I checked the sell by date on them and it says may.

god yes! So long as they'd been frozen before their sell by date, I'd deffo eat them. They probably won't be as tender as they would have been a couple of months ago but May is no time at all (in my freezer )

Isn't it 6 months you *should* keep pork in the frrezer for before eating?
