Does your 6 year old watch a lot of cooking programmes

Wasn't sure where to put this but was wondering if anyone else 6 year old is obessed with cooking programmes and cooking.

Amelia loves watching cooking programme over any other programme and if I cook something without her help I have to run though whats in it and how it was all put together.

When we do cook together she will now do 90% off it, depending on what we are cooking and she will suggested what we should cook. She very good in the kitchen and is aware of the dangers it can bring.

Is this normal or do you think she has an extra interest in cooking.

I think she has an extra interest in cooking.

DS is likely to help when we make cakes but that is it as far as food goes, as long as it is ready on his plate when he is hungry he doesn't care.

Maybe you have a buddy chef on your hands there So Happy.
