an iron, cos my one has just packed up and dumped water all over my floor!!!!!!! And I have a load of ironing still to do - mostly my stuff left, and I don't have a single t-shirt ironed.

Has to be a steam iron, not too pricey appart from that not bothered.

It's fab. We had previously bought cheap irons, the last one being £15.00 from Asda and had nothing but trouble...always breaking, cr*p performance so I thought 'feck it' and got the one above.

It's expensive but durable and irons jeans like a dream.

I have just bought a lovely pink iron.
Its morphy richards, Turbo steam. oh, and did I mention its pink Dunno what else it does, but it looks pretty

Thanks for all your replies - I;ve gone for the Tefal one from Argos....just got to wait for it to come as I have no clothes to wear as they all need ironing (teach me to leave it pile up)!!!

And Spacedust - sheets, you iron sheets????? I just about manage to get the clothes ironed, sheets just get folded in this house! I am so lazy!!!
