What does this mean??????

I've had a blood test from the Dr a few weeks ago as I had bad itchy eyes which didn't go away. I had other symptoms especially of aches and pains in my bones and was generally run down. So the nurse asked me to give more blood today. I went and asked her why and she said that I had an overactive liver enzyme. What on EARTH does that mean????????? she wouldn't tell me anything except that the blood might've clotted too soon and that's why they needed a 2nd blood to confirm. I don't drink at all. Someone has mentioned to me that my eyes look a bit yellowy and it can be a sign of liver problems (this was ages ago though)
Does anyone know what this is or could be?? It's making me feel a bit paranaoid

I know these things can be very scary, as I posted something similar a few days ago (which luckily turned out to be nothing)

Oh hun I have no idea! Sorry this is all turning out to be such a worry, but I'm so glad you *did* go to the doc and get yourself checked over, and not just think its all one of those things

I'm looking at research online which suggets that constant allergies (like mine - jsut ask Nicki lol) could cause the liver to go into overdrive
I've had a bad summer with constant sneezing and dreadfully sore itchy eyes. I'm severely allergic to dustmites (like when I got tested a few years ago he said I was off the scale) also dogs, cats, some deodrants, poleen (which is what I suppose causes the hay fever. So that's a thought.

You've had two or three bad YEARS of allergy stuff if you think about it hun

Lets see what they come up with. Perhaps you might truly get to the bottom of this all very soon

Hmmm Willie did interesting research and found that people with liver problems find it really hard to lose weight!!! He was like hmmmm that rings a bell lol!! xxxx
