Does your LO often get mistaken for the opposite sex?

Dexter gets called a 'she' almost every day especially when he's wearing dungarees. It used to happen when he was a little baby even when he was dressed all in blue

He has got long-ish curly hair, which I think accounts for it, and I don't mind at all, I reckon it happens because he's so pretty but it can't be just my child this happens to? I usually correct people but reassure them that I'm fine with their mistak and it happens all the time.

Yes Lucy hasd been called a boy before but usually by the older generation.

We were in Sainsbury's & she was only about 9 months old wearing a denim patchwork dress & one old chap said he looks like hes having fun.

Other times she has been in pink/orange trackies & someone asked me how old he was.

Yup, C gets mistaken for a boy all the time. Especially since her hair took so long to grow and it was never worth putting bobbles and clips in. Sometimes I corrected people, sometimes I didn't

Lola is forever being mistaken for a boy, cos she has little hair.

I used to get unreasonably upset when people called E a boy and it happened every time we went to the supermarket, especially when she was wearing pink

W gets called a girl lots but given he's the spitting image of his sister at the same age I can't really complain

Clem, Dexter is just so gorgeous

Poppy always used to be called 'he' which tbh I found increasingly frustrating, so piled on the pink. But still people were sooo unobservant! Even when she had on a pink skirt, pink headband and pink hairclips!

Ruby was often he even when head to toe in pink! Now there is no doubting she's a girl which is lovely really.
I think a lot of it was because she had literally no hair but now she does!

Carmen gets called a boy sometimes, which is the main reason I dress her in pink. Doesn't bother me too much, she does look like a boy really!
