We finally have...
a couple of independent steps from Maxxy Boy!! Not as impressive as Danna's Dan
but its been a long time coming 
He looks SO impressed with himself but doesn't look like he's planning on full blown walking any time soon as his crawling speed appears to have stepped up a notch (as if he couldn't crawl fast enough before)
Am starting to think though he MAY actually be walking before the baby arrives, which i never thought would happen
Am really looking forward to buying him his 1st pair of shoes
i think the boys stuff is SO cute!!

Well done Max! I'm excited about buying shoes too - they have such beautiful shoes in Clarks at the moment! And I've seen some boots in Next that I might have to treat him to on his birthday!!!
