Should i be worried, i guess alot of it is due to stress, but i for the most part just don't feel like eating am not hungry.

In fact i am so stressed at the moment i swear i spend the most part of each day crying, well for the last week I have and it was set to be such a great week what with passing my test and all...........

    Oh Magpie

For what its worth I'm not that interested in food at the moment. I just try and eat some fruit and cereal but by tea time I'm not hungry at all.

    Re: Not wanting to eat

I barely ate anything til about 30 weeks, just couldn't face food. I pretty much lived off jacket potatoes and banana nesquik, but made sure I had a multi-vit tab and some fruit each day so the baby could at least get the basic nutrients. DOn't panic, the baby will be taking goodness from your body, which in turn will make you feel tired. Hope you're ok.

higgies: sounds like you could used lots of these hun. I do hope youre ok. I always thoght that as i got used to being pregnant the feeling sad and crying would sorta get less and less and the stress over things too.

Thing is, it doesnt really, i think you just have to go with it. Not the best advice and it sorta sounds like im saying 'pull yourself together' but i dnt mean it like that. just be gentle with yourself. Go with whatever youre feeling, the same goes for the eating aswell.

Ive also found theres no point in fighting what you want to eat. If you wanna eat sweet foods all day then do so, if you wanna just drink juice all day then do so, if you dnt realy fancy eating much atal then dont- the baby will be fine, like the others have said, he will still get all that he needs from you.

Take care hun sometimes big acheivements like your Test, along with the rest of 'life' can be abit overwhelming

You poor thing. I did have a phase around your stage when I lost my appetite - think I posted on here.

It only lasted a few weeks - try and just eat your very favourite things in the meantime xx
