    Live Lobsters

*IF* Im lukcy, I think Shauny is buying a live lobstser today from the Chinese cash and carry, as Ibv been craving lobster for weeks

Anyway, they are live ones that they sell.

Am I right in thinking you put them in your freezer to send them to sleep. Then when you want to cook them, throw them in boiling water which then instantly kills them painlessly?

    Is this right?

I'd probably just chuck it in live. I've never cooked lobster before though. What's the proper way?

Hope you get one - lobster is lush!

The best way to dispatch them is to pierce their head, just after the little notch. Kills them instantly.
