Blackpool Pleasure Beach - Is it good for under 5's?

We're thinking of taking Scott and Lorna down for the day in the next week or so (only 2hrish drive).

It's going to cost 58.00 for our wristbands so I was wanting to know if it's really worth it when Scott won't be able to go on anything really and the rides will be limited for Lorna. OH and I aren't likely to go on any rides on our own either.

What do you think? Is there enough stuff there to keep younger children entertained??

    TIA

I haven't been for ages but certainly wouldn't pay for the wristbands for the children I might if there were enough adults that we would get our money's worth on the grown up rides but otherwise The children's section is fairly small IIRC.

Right so you think we'd be better just getting the passes instead and paying for any rides she wants to go on? Would that be cheaper??

They charge admission just to get in now, I honestly wouldn't pay to go in with under 5's- you'd be better of at the Tower or Camelot in Charnock Richard

I agree with the others, Blackpool isn't really worth it for little people.

I used to love Camelot, i used to go every year with my Grandma. The best bit is the Jousting

DS went there with his dad last year but there wasn't much in there for him to go on. I'll probably wait til he's big enough to come on the rides with me

I agree with what others have said, we've not been since we've had Lucy because we know its going to just be a waste of money, we'd not be able to go on anything because we couldn't take the kids on and Lucy would only be allowed on a handful of stuff and its just not worth it tbh.
