Hummingbird cream cheese frosting

evening, am going to attempt the red velvet cupcakes and wondered if anyone knew the recipe for the frosting? I tried doing a search but couldn't find it,

The telegraph recipe is different to the Hummingbird one as I have followed both! The telegraph one makes LOADS!

I think this is the same as the Hummingbird book and makes a more realistic amount.

ooh, thanks, does it matter whether you use low fat cream cheese or not? not that I'll be counting calories eating all these cakes it's just that's the sort I usually have in the fridge.

Low-fat cream cheese will make the frosting runnier than regular cream cheese.
