Talk to me about tummy bugs

Joshua has not been himself yesterday or today, he's been complaining of a sore tummy and is refusing ANY and ALL food (well except maybe ) He's still drinking plenty. Today at his dads he was sick everywhere So whats the procedure. Shall we just ride the waves and see how it goes. He won't be going to preschool tomorrow but is there anything more i can do for him?

Just let him rest and make sure he is taking in plenty of fluids. If he feels peckish, a clear soup is always easier on his tummy.
I'd say it's an excuse for the two of you to get a duvet on the sofa and watch a DVD :nods:

Try not to stress about him eating, when he is feeling better he will soon make up for the times he didn't eat.

I tend to offer things like scotch pancakes, rich teas, malted milk biscuit, plain sponge, cake, breadsticks, etc. I've had so much sickness in three pregnancires that I know how horrible it is to eat then be sick.

I hope he feels better soon.

Thats great, thanks girls! I'm not worried about him not eating, he barely eats enough to feed a sparrow as it is but i know he'll eat when he wants to.
