Brilliant....I am undecided as to have one or not.

If you don't mind me asking, how much have you paid? What does it include?

    Thanks,

    Miss D

Great what a fab thing to look forward too! I'd have loved one but didn't have the money. I'd like one next time but then i'd feel bad that i didn't have one done with the 1st iysim!

Good Luck X, i'm sure the time will fly by!

Excellent I had one and it was amazing to see how alike the picture and baby were. Timothy still sleeps in the same position as he was in the scan.

After reading this thread, I thought 'feck it' so i have booked one too.

As I am very impatient, mine is for Saturday 30th September when I will be nearly 25 weeks.

I've decided on the Premier package. The price made my eyes water a bit - £195 but you get the following:

An initial 2D ultrasound scan to check the baby's position and heart beat
A 4D bonding ultrasound scan in a private, stress free environment
Sexing of the baby if desired
A 10 minute 4D DVD recording of the bonding scan - supplied in a DVD case
Four 3D A6 size colour prints - two card mounted A selection of four 2D and 3D black and white images

Obviously we don't need the sexing of the baby but I'm going to ask again, just to make sure

I wouldn't usually pay that much BUT we have some money left over from our Wedding and have decided to use that to pay for the scan.

    I can't wait now......!

Katy that is exactly why I did not have one this time round, daft really but I did not want one baby to seem more important that another.

Anyway Fab news about your scan hun, December will be here before you know it!!!!

we are paying £159 for 60 minute appointment
DVD of 4D scan movies (approx 15 minutes)
CD ROM of 3D scan pictures
Pregnancy Progress Report with details of your baby’s measurements, weight, presentation etc.
    Fetal sexing (optional)
FOUR high quality 6x4 colour photographs.

we went to the same place with Jack but it was £225 then (may 2005) and you got the same.

If anyone wants the website its http://www.babyview.co.uk they was brill last time!

just to add we thought it was alot 1st time and was worried about wasting the money but from what we saw put our minds at rest and we both agreed, along with my mum who came with us, that it was the best thing we ever spent that money on!

Lisa - I am going to Babyview in October, we have gone for the £99 package but I am considering upgrading. Were the extras worth it in your opinion?

This might be a stupid question guys so apologies in advance, but can you have a 4D scan done without finding out the babies sex?
