    What the heck is sauce flour??

    Just planning to do a WW Pasticcio tonight and it says a tbsp of Sauce flour Is that plain flour?

    Sorry for being a flour thicky .

    Not sure but i would have thought if it's for a sauce it would be cornflour??

    I think it's a very finely ground plain flour - it makes it easier to blend in, thus avoiding lumps. I'd use either plain flour or cornflour, either should be fine.

    If it is tbsp then it wouldn't be cornflour, that would be far too much.

    I think I'll just go with sieved plain flour - I'm sure it will be fine.

    Cornflour would be my guess!
