I don't get that, personally I'd just leave them out for her. I've done it loads of times, whether I'm in or not.

I would leave them out for her, or give her some options of days you can do saying that if she can't then you'll offer them up again/take them charity or whatever

I'm not giving my address, and a time I'm out, to a total stranger!

I'm going to suggest she tells me next time she is in town.
