Kids Party at a Transport Museum - What to expect?
Lucy has a party go to this afternoon at a Transport Museum? I'm just wondering WHAT exactly they'll be doing?
I've looked on the Museum's website but they don't mention that they do kids party's so there isn't any info, i don't even know if she'll get food there
although i would expect so?
The party is on for 2 hours 2-4pm and i know that there is a steam train that runs so wonder if they'll get a trip on that or on one of the old fashioned buses?
I'm a bit worried about what she needs to wear? She's got no boots yet this winter (can't bloody find any decent ones that fit
) so she'll either be in trainers which i really don't want or her wellies which just seems a bit
for a Party
I did have an outfit all picked out for her and she was going to wear some little Cat boots but a) i've tried them on and they don't fit her now
and b) its chucking it down (literally chucking it down) and she's not got a coat (well not a waterproof one) suitable to wear with the outfit.
She keeps saying she wants to wear a dress but there isn't a chance, although i MIGHT be able to get away with a denim skirt and tights
and then her wellies?
Any ideas? I'm not looking forward to it tbh, Max will be coming with me and i don't fancy walking round looking at cars in the rain
AFAIK there are around 30kids going so i wonder if they'll split them into groups or if the parents won't be going around with them as they'll be so many of us iyswim.
