Camcorders - any recs?
Our existing one was bought when DD was a baby so it's almost an antique now
and the battery is fecked so we can only use it at home (or elsewhere with a power supply). I'm thinking of splashing out on a new one but there's so much more choice of formats now.
What type do you have and what are the pros and cons? I was looking at a DVD one but Mum said there was a reason they didn't go for the dvd one but she can't remember what it was
Oh and I don't have a big budget, probably around £200.

*bump*
Anyone have a hard drive camcorder? I'm looking at these now but I'm wondering if it'll take up loads of space on the computer when I'm trying to upload / edit the video?
