Paranoid and irrational - is it just me? May be sensitive..
Not sure really why i feel this way but i do
I am convinced that there is something wrong with my pregnancy and that it wont all go to plan... i feel nervous and worried all the time and am just wishing the time away till my 12 week scan..
My first pregnancy i was totally fine, chilled and just went with the flow - maybe i *know* too much this time IYSWIM? I dont know but i really wish this horrid niggling that something isnt right would go away....
Anyone else feel like this?

I was (and still am-ish) like this, this time.
I was so, I think, blissfully ignorant of all that could go wrong last time but this time I'm more aware and also very aware of how precious the end product is.
and hope it all goes well for you.

Katoid I think it is entirely normal.
I had a mc last year so I know that is why I am super paranoid this time but tbh I am sure it is the same in almost all pg's.
I hope everything goes well for you.

I was like this second time around. I felt that because things were so easy and smooth the first time, that I couldn't possibly be as lucky as to have such a good pregnancy the second time

I've been like this with all my pregnancies - I think it's such an amazing thing, that I never quite feel that I'll be lucky enough for it all to be okay.
I particularly find the first trimester VERY stressful - I'm on constant pant watch and analyse every little twinge.

I was exactly the same too, even yesterday I was telling the midwife that I'm not convinced there's a baby in there - and that's after seeing the baby waving at scans twice! She was very understanding, even said I could come for extra appointments just to listen to the heartbeat, just to reassure me if I get anxious again. It's worh mentioning it to your midwife, they should take good care of you mentally as well as physically.

Did your baby/toddler love any unusual (healthy) foods when you were weaning?
