Web Building packages for blondes

Is there one out there that will help me create a simple website? (without making me cry and stamp my feet muchly)

Can anyone recommend one?

Ive several computers (cos Im such a geek, apart from web building) so anything that can run on Win98SE, WinXPPro, WinXPHome, Mac OS9.1 or 9.2

I have used WYSYWYG and FTP types before but it was when I was a wee spring chicken so I need refreshing

Hmmm I was going to recommend iWeb for building a simple website without trying to use HTML but you need Mac OS X
