Inspire me please - what to go with burgers..

I have a pack of M&S aberdeen angus burgers to use tonight and dont want to BBQ as its too chilly! Can anyone inspire me as to how i can use them please? Open to any suggestions.. i cant think of anything apart from grilling them and having them wiith salad, which is just a bit too dull

Make some flatbread, split open and pop a burger into the middle. Serve with tzatski and vegetable kebabs.

We had something very similar last night although I made lamb kebabs and it was heavenly.

Serve them on ciabatta bread drizzled with olive oil, with black pepper, onion, sliced beef tomato and mozarella cheese. Cut potatoes into wedges, and parboil then season with salt and black pepper, coat in olive oil and bake in a hot oven until golden and crispy. Serve with sour cream mixed with fresh chives as a dip.

now i am torn!!! I think i will do them with veggie kebabs and wedges (Carrie i couldnt bake my own flatbread i wouldnt have a clue

) and will put mozzarella on top of the burgers and serve with sour cream and tomato salsa - thanks for the inspiration all

oh fab bluecow thank you - that does look managable and by some miracle i have flour in! Oooohhh i might have a go seeing as i am at home with DD today (rare treat) and she loves cooking with me, usually only reserved for weekends - thank you
