Yikes dry itchy nipples

I have got really dry skin EVERYWHERE in this pregnancy and REALLY itchy nipples. I jus had a quick peer at them and they are all scaly

I had that ppops - I used Lansinoh when it got to the point where I wanted to scratch my nips off! It was unbearable so I completely sympathise. The cream did help a lot, just slather it on...
