Lewisham Hospital?

O has to have a operation at Lewisham Hospital in a couple of weeks.

I've been told that we can park in their car park. Does anyone what the parking is like at Lewisham Hospital? (ie is it as bad as the PRUH in Bromley !!!!)

From what I can remember, it can be quite hard to find a space once the day goes on, so if you were able to get there at 7:30-8am you should definately be ok. There is, or was (we're talking a few years ago!) parking on residental streets opposite the hospital although I think that's paying too.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, I haven't got experience of the PR to compare it too.

My OH had a road accident and was taken there a couple of years ago, so a spell in hosp following A&E then a seperate shoulder operation

AS Silverpod says, there is parking at the hosp but it gets very busy - I must have visited maybe 20 times and only got parked there once but if you're going early morning you should be OK. There's a residential street opposite the hospital which has loads of parking meters - quite a long road adjacent to a park and I would say this is your best bet for parking. I always got parked there no problem.
